Clear terms for professional digital services.

These general terms explain how projects are quoted, delivered, cancelled, and refunded. A signed client agreement may contain more specific terms.

Scope and custom quotes

Services begin only after the client approves a written scope and custom quote. The written scope identifies the agreed work, price, payment schedule, estimated timing, and responsibilities of both parties.

Payments

A project may require an initial payment, with any remaining balance due according to the written agreement. Payments are processed through secure, Stripe-hosted payment pages; this website does not collect card details.

Delivery and client responsibilities

Delivery timing depends on the agreed scope and timely receipt of required website access, content, feedback, and approvals. Completed digital work is delivered through the client's website platform, email, shared files, or another method stated in the written agreement.

Cancellation before work begins

If a client chooses to cancel before work begins, the client may request a refund of payments made, less any non-refundable third-party costs that were disclosed and approved in advance.

Cancellation after work begins

After work begins, completed work and committed project time are non-refundable. Any unused prepaid amount will be handled according to the client's written agreement and the work completed as of cancellation.

Undelivered services

If PixelDash cannot complete the agreed services, the client will receive a refund for the undelivered portion of the project.

No physical shipping

Consulting, SEO, audit, and maintenance services are digital services and do not involve physical shipping or mailed goods.

Questions and disputes

Please email PixelDash with a question or concern. We will review it promptly and work toward a fair resolution based on the approved scope and documented work.
